One of the biggest scares with children are allergies, nuts being one of the most severe. This makes it hard to send your kids off with nut-free wholesome snacks, as nuts seem to be one of the main ingredients in a lot of the nutritious recipes circulating the whole foods world. With this nut-free recipe, prepare to be amazed as these bites embody a peanut butter & jelly flavor, without the nuts: a win-win for all.

If a nut allergy is not a concern, simply switch out the pumpkin seed butter for peanut butter, for more of a pb & j taste.

I would like to make these…..no type of nut/seed butter is listed in the recipe! Fortunate for your note 😉 What amount of nut/seed butter do you recommend ?
Should I simply add what works and holds everything together? 😉 Thank you, Judy
