Femal Tonic Tea, Tea Time… A Tea For That Time Of The Month! | Kolya Naturals, Canada

Lauren, Tea Time… A Tea For That Time Of The Month! | Kolya Naturals, CanadaBy Lauren Mary, Clinical Herbalist
Here is my favourite tea (and tea addition) for that time of the month!

Female Tonic is an option for those women who want a supportive tea for that time of the month.

Also known as the everyday “multivitamin” for women, it is tailored to balance, nourish & support the female body. Besides being nutrient dense, it also contains botanicals that promote healthy and glowing skin.

Ingredients:
(Peppermint, nettle, raspberry leaf, ginger root, dandelion leaf, oatstraw, horsetail chamomile, rose petals, stevia)

Brewing Instructions:
Place 1-2 teaspoons Female Tonic tea material into a steeping utensil; placing in a 6-8 oz size cup. Add 6-8 oz of boiling water and steep for up to 3-5 minutes. To increase medicinal properties, steep 15-30 minutes.

Tip~ I often recommend this tea for women who experienceuncomfortable & unbalanced menstrual cycles.

Try adding a tablespoon of Natural Calm Magnesium (Lemon Flavour) into hot or chilled Female Tonic. {Magnesium relaxes smooth muscle, which helps to relieve painful cramping.}
