Baked Savory Sweet Potato Chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F, and line a pan with aluminum foil, coat the foil with coconut oil.
  2. Wash and slice the sweet potatoes (around 2-4 cm thick).
  3. Coat the sliced sweet potatoes in coconut oil, and set aside.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning salt & pepper on the coated pan, lay down the sweet potatoes so they are (almost) all laying against the aluminum foil, then sprinkle the top with more seasoning salt & pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Be adventurous with the spices- add cayenne, maybe paprika, maybe herbamere? Have fun with it 🙂
