Ingredients

• 1 tsp Earl Grey Loose-Leaf Tea from Kolya Naturals
• 2 tsp Bulletproof High Octane Oil
• 1 scoop Bulletproof Upgraded Collagen Powder
• 3 drops Vanilla Stevia we like to use one from Sweet Leaf
• Splash Unsweetened Coconut Milk or milk, or any nut milk

Instructions

1. Steep 1 heaping tsp. of our organic, loose-leaf artisan Earl Grey tea in a mug’s worth of hot water for 5 minutes.
2. Strain, then pour into a blender.
3. Add the Bulletproof High Octane Oil, Bulletproof Upgraded Collagen, stevia, and milk of choice.
4. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds, and enjoy your frothy beverage!
