  1. Combine ingredients and store in an airtight container.
To prepare a tea:
  1. Place the herbs in a small saucepan and cover with water. – 1-3 tbsp of herbs per cup of water – 4-8 tbsp of herbs per quart of water
  2. Heat slowly and simmer, then cover for 20-45 minutes (the longer, the stronger the concoction will be).

Notes

If your child is prone to respiratory infections, make up the formula ahead of time as a tincture.
