Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blend fruit in a blender, until liquid.
  2. Add chia seeds, and blend them into the fruit mixture on low, for a few seconds.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until the seeds hydrate (plump up, and gelatinize).
  4. Pour into popsicle molds, and place in freezer.
  5. Let sit undisturbed for 6 hours, then pop them out of their molds, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra sweetness & creaminess, double the amount of banana!
