Instructions

  1. Mix the bananas, berries, kale, coconut yogurt and water together in a high-speed blender.
  2. Turn the blender to low, and slowly add the collagen (this stops it from excessive froth).
  3. Pour into a bowl, add desired toppings, and enjoy!

Notes

If you wanted to make this into a smoothie, remove the coconut yogurt and add another cup of water 🙂
