Honey and Sage Booze Fizz

Simple Syrup
  1. Melt honey into water in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, add 6 sage leaves and turn down to low heat. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into jar and let cool.
Cocktail
  1. In each glass, mix 1 tsp simple syrup with 1 oz vodka.
  2. Fill the rest of the glass with ginger kombucha, and garnish with remaining sage leaves and ginger slices.

Notes

Experiment with herbs other than sage, such as basil or mint.
