Natural Vapor Rub Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice Bran Oil
- 1 tbsp Beeswax
- 1/8 tsp Vitamin E Oil 1 capsule
- 10 drops Japanese Peppermint Essential Oil good for decongesting, affecting mucus membranes
- 10 drops Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil good for regenerating pulmonary tissue, deep lung infections
- 10 drops Ravensara Essential Oil good for congestion of respiratory tract, allergies
Instructions
- Combine the rice bran oil and beeswax in a double boiler and melt slowly. Once melted, remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Add vitamin E and essential oils, then pour into a sterilized glass jar.
- Cool completely before sealing.
Notes
- not recommended for children under 5 years of age, or pregnant women.
