  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the lavender, chamomile, oatstraw, lemon balm, passion flower and thyme.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour into a 250mL glass jar, then seal and label jar.

Notes

Use: Approximately 1 heaping teaspoon per 250 mL hot water or 2 tablespoons per pot of tea. Steep 10 – 20 mins and enjoy throughout the day or one hour before bed to help tuck you in for a peaceful night sleep.

Tip: Use this as a Bath Tea – simply put 3 tbsp in a Muslin Bag and steep in your bath while you reap the aromatherapeutic benefits.
