Instructions
- Combine ingredients and store in an airtight container.
To prepare a tea:
- Place the herbs in a small saucepan and cover with water.
- 1-3 tbsp of herbs per cup of water
- 4-8 tbsp of herbs per quart of water
- Heat slowly and simmer, then cover for 20-45 minutes (the longer, the stronger the concoction will be).
