Autumn is a time of reflection and study. It is the calm and contemplation before the hibernation of winter arrives. For many of us, juggling work, school, kids and our lives can be a bit overwhelming despite the beckoning of the season for us to slow down and listen to the crunch of our shoes in the colourful leaves. Focus Formula Earl Grey Tea Blend is an aromatic delight to craft by hand and sip in the early morning. The addition of the nervine herb, skullcap, imparts a calming effect and a quieting of the mind so we can spend more time focusing on what really matters. Enjoy the practice of mixing this flavoured brew and drinking it every morning too!
