This easy mason jar salad is a super simple way to get in all of your veggies while on the go.
Easy Mason Jar Salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Chopped Celery
- 1/3 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1/3 cup Sliced Cucumber
- 1/3 cup Diced Peppers
- 1/3 cup Diced Tomato
- 1/3 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/3 cup Lemon Dressing
- Lemon Dressing
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pour lemon dressing into the bottom of the salad jar, and layer veggies in the order above.
- Seal and store in the fridge until ready to eat, then shake up the salad until fully covered with dressing.
For the dressing:
- Mix ingredients together in a separate small jar and shake- keep for up to 2 weeks.
