Kidney Tonic Herbal Tea

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Gravel Root
- 2 tbsp Hydrangea Root
- 1 tbsp Marshmallow Root
- Flavor Spray optional- see recipe notes
Instructions
- Combine the herbs in a sealed container.
For one cup of tea:
- Combine 2 tbsp of tea & 2 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer at low heat for 45 minutes.
- Strain, and drink 1 cup in the morning after waking, and one in the evening before slumbering.

- per 2 tbsp of kidney tonic tea, add 10 sprays of Earth's Aromatique flavour sprays (we suggest vanilla or coconut)
- mix the herbs and spray together, then let sit for 24 hours
