Lemon Balm Calm Spray

| 30 mL glass spray bottle |
Ingredients
- 5 drops Fear-less Flower Essence
- 10 drops Sweet Tranquility Essential Oil Blend
- 1 tbsp Lemon Balm Hydrosol
- 1 tsp Lemon Balm Hydrosol
- 1 tbsp Purified Water
Instructions
- Place a funnel in the empty glass bottle.
- Using a dropper top, add the Fear-less flower essence and the Sweet Tranquillity essential oil blend.
- Add the Lemon Balm hydrosol and the purified water.
- Remove the funnel, secure the spray top on, shake well and label.

Recipe Notes
Shake the bottle prior to use, and mist overhead or onto inner wrists. Use as often as needed, to help calm and ground the senses.
Note: Like any essential oil product, the oils may cause sensitivity in individuals with irritable skin. If spending lengths of time in the sun, always do a patch test before using.
This blend can be used with ages six and older with awareness of the above.
