2 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder of Choice we found that Natural Factors Double Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder worked and tasted the best
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 1/2 cups Hot Water

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, and enjoy!
