Ingredients
- 7 drops Holy Basil Essential Oil good for neuropathy
- 5 drops Bergamot Essential Oil good for balancing, encouraging, frustration, stress-related disorders
- 3 drops Cypress Essential Oil good for soothing nerves, lack of concentration, erraticness, cleanses spirit
- 4 drops Lime Essential Oil good for purifying
- 4 drops Rosemary Flower Essence good for exhaustion, memory, stimulating the brain
- 3 mL Witch Hazel
- Spring Water
Instructions
- In a sanitized 2 oz (60 mL) spray bottle, add witch hazel, essential oils and rosemary flower essence.
- Fill up the rest of the bottle with spring water, and succuss 50 times.
